Shipping and Returns

Shipping and Dispatch

We ship both domestically and internationally.

For shipments in Peru, we work through Olva Courier, Cruz Del Sur, Movil Bus, MarviSur and Rappi.

For international shipments, you can write to us on any of our platforms to get a quote and evaluate the case.

Exchanges and Returns

We offer the option to exchange or return a product within 14 business days from the date of receipt of said order.

To access these options, the products must not have been opened and must be in their original packaging.

Reshipment costs are subject to evaluation.

To initiate the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service department to register your request and we will guide you through the necessary steps.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects, you will need to contact us and provide the necessary evidence. A technician from our team will assess the damage and inform you how to proceed.

These options do not apply to Hasbro and Mafex brand products.

Our Warehouse

We offer the option of warehouse pickup for the convenience of some customers, with prior arrangement.
